The equipment, created from the technology of grinding vortex resonance patented by Gian Maria Barbotto in Rome, allows grinding any material, from coffee beans to diamonds.
The phenomenon of instant crushing of any material regardless of its hardness is due to the creation of zones in the vortex mill that have a pressure gradient of up to hundreds of thousands of atmospheres. These effects are similar to those that develop in the air of a tornado column created by nature.
The Mill FDL Megatron uses a new technology, contactless grinding of materials, in which the grinding processes are carried out by means of an air vortex, produced artificially in a closed space of the vortex mill processing chamber.
This is the future of Agro Industry, especially for the coffee industry.
Caffte Global has a Research and Development unit called Cafftech that is working together with Light Blue Dolphin to bring this innovation to this industry starting with Costa Rica and thus be able to rescue the intact nutritional value of millions of kilos of raw material from the coffee fruit and give the producer much more economic value for its harvest.
